This section describes how TRADEDART handles information we receive from website visitors and companies that submit challenges.
This is a general draft of the document. It will be expanded with full legal detail before commercial operations begin.
We receive the information you provide in the challenge submission or contact form: company name, contact person's name, work email, industry and the challenge description you provide.
The forms send information as an email - the website itself does not store any data.
We use the information to assess the submitted challenge, communicate with you, and, if we agree to proceed with research, to carry out that research work.
We do not use submitted information for marketing purposes without your consent.
We treat submitted information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties unless necessary, and never without your knowledge.
If a supplier or subject-matter expert needs to be involved during research, we share information only to the extent necessary to resolve the matter.
You have the right to know what information about you is being processed, and to request its correction or deletion.
