These terms apply to the use of the TRADEDART website and the process of submitting challenges.

Submitting and reviewing a challenge
Submitting a challenge is free of charge and does not obligate either party.
We reserve the right to decline to research a challenge if we determine that meaningful research is not possible.
Research fee and success fee
The fixed fee for in-depth research applies only after we have confirmed that research is worthwhile and you have agreed to proceed.
The success fee is agreed in writing before research begins and applies only if you choose to implement a solution found during the research.
Nature of the outcome
The research outcome is informational and advisory. The decision to implement a solution and to technically verify it in your production environment rests with the client.
We do not guarantee that an implementable solution exists for every challenge. If it doesn't, we will say so openly.
